How the BRCGS Professional Programme works
The BRCGS Professional programme includes training across three core areas: BRCGS Standards, Hazard & Risk Management and Product Safety Management.
Courses are led by our BRCGS-Approved Principal Training Partner and hosted virtually, so you can train from anywhere. This Scotland Food & Drink member pathway can be completed in 11 days total, learning throughout 2026 and 2027.
If you book the full pathway through this page, totrain applies a £1,000.00 package discount. If you have already completed one or two of the listed BRCGS Professional courses, select Already completed against those courses and the totrain discount changes to 22.5% off the courses still being booked.
Scotland Food & Drink members then receive 50% off the remaining subtotal after the totrain discount has been applied. For the full five-course pathway, this reduces the package from £3,360.00 to £1,180.00 plus VAT.
Select one option for each course to view your package costs.
You can choose a course date, or mark up to two courses as already completed.
